Safety & Trust Guidelines

Last Updated: 25th of November, 2025

These Safety & Trust Guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline how CREARE maintains a secure, transparent, and reliable environment for clients, creators/providers, property buyers/sellers, and anyone using the platform. By using CREARE, you agree to follow these standards at all times.

CREARE’s mission is simple:
Protect every user, prevent fraud, and ensure safe, accountable transactions across all categories — design projects, services, and property listings.

1. Identity & Account Security

To keep the community safe, CREARE may require:

  • Identity verification (ID, phone number, or other documents)

  • Professional verification for creators/providers

  • Ownership verification for property listings

  • Additional evidence for suspicious or high-risk activity

Users must:

  • Keep login credentials secure

  • Not impersonate any person or company

  • Not create multiple deceptive accounts

Any account showing fraudulent behavior may be suspended or terminated.

2. Honest & Accurate Representation

All users agree to communicate truthfully and provide accurate information.

Creators/Providers Must:

  • Accurately describe their skills and services

  • Share real past work (no stolen portfolios)

  • Deliver the agreed-upon service without deception

Clients Must:

  • Provide clear, accurate project descriptions

  • Not misrepresent budgets, timelines, or expectations

Property Listers Must:

  • Provide truthful, legal, and updated property details

  • Disclose defects, risks, or legal restrictions

False or misleading information will lead to removal or review of the listing/account.

3. Communication Standards

To maintain a safe community, users must NOT:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone

  • Spam or send unsolicited offers

  • Attempt to move communications off-platform to bypass CREARE protections

  • Use abusive, discriminatory, or hateful language

We encourage respectful communication that protects all parties involved.

4. Payments & Financial Safety

To maintain trust and prevent fraud:

  • Payments must be made only through CREARE’s secure system (where available).

  • Users may not request or send payments via untracked external methods (e.g., personal M-Pesa, private bank transfers) unless explicitly part of a property transaction handled offline.

  • Chargeback abuse, false disputes, or attempts to avoid platform fees are prohibited.

For property transactions, CREARE does not handle escrow, deposits, or legal documents. Users must run these processes through licensed and legal professionals.

5. Fraud Prevention

CREARE actively monitors and takes action against:

  • Fake property listings

  • Fake job postings

  • Stolen work or portfolios

  • Identity fraud

  • Payment scams

  • Phishing attempts

  • Attempts to take users off the platform for manipulation

Any user found engaging in fraud will be permanently banned and reported where required.

6. Safe Project Collaboration

CREARE encourages secure and transparent working relationships. Users must:

  • Document agreements clearly using the provided tools

  • Avoid exchanging sensitive personal information

  • Keep communication on CREARE whenever possible

  • Follow the contract terms agreed upon between client and creator

Creators must not deliver harmful, illegal, or unsafe work.
Clients must not request services that violate laws or platform rules.

7. Safety in Property Deals

While CREARE is not a real estate agency, we enforce strong safety practices:

Buyers Should:

  • Conduct independent inspections

  • Verify ownership and title documents

  • Use licensed lawyers and conveyancers for transfers

Sellers Should:

  • Provide genuine documents when requested

  • Be transparent about fees, taxes, and legal obligations

CREARE may remove property listings involved in disputes, fraud, or non-compliance.

8. Respect for Laws & Regulations

Users must comply with all laws applicable to:

  • Online transactions

  • Intellectual property

  • Professional conduct

  • Real estate and property listing rules

  • Financial regulations in their region

Illegal activity will not be tolerated.

9. Reporting Misconduct

Users can report:

  • Suspicious behavior

  • Fake profiles

  • Fraudulent listings

  • Harassment or abuse

  • Safety concerns

  • Policy violations

Reports can be submitted to:
wwcreare@gmail.com

CREARE investigates all reports seriously and may take appropriate action.

10. Enforcement

CREARE may take action when violations occur, including:

  • Removing content or listings

  • Temporary account suspension

  • Permanent account ban

  • Restricting platform features

  • Legal action when necessary

Decisions are made to protect the community and uphold platform integrity.

11. Updates to Guidelines

CREARE may revise these guidelines as the platform evolves. Updated versions will include a revised date.
