CREARE — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CREARE platform, products, and services (“CREARE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using CREARE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

CREARE operates as:

A marketplace connecting Clients and Creators (service providers)
A platform for discovering, booking, and managing services
A property listing environment for buying, selling, or showcasing spaces
A company offering tools, communication features, workflow support, and project management utilities

These Terms apply to all users — Clients, Creators, Property Owners, and general visitors — with sections specific to each group.

1. Definitions

Client – Any user seeking to book, hire, or purchase services or property-related solutions.
Creator/Provider – Any user offering services or expertise through CREARE.
Property User – Any individual or entity listing properties for sale, rent, or review.
Project – A task, request, or service posted by a Client for Creators.
Platform – Website, app, dashboard, APIs, tools, communication systems.
Agreement – These Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any CREARE service, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You understand and accept these Terms
All information you provide is accurate and truthful
You will comply with all applicable laws

CREARE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes equals acceptance.

3. Platform Role & Disclaimer

CREARE is not a service provider and not a party to the agreements between Clients, Creators, or Property Users.

CREARE:

Provides a platform to facilitate connections
Does not guarantee outcomes, quality, or performance
Does not employ Creators or property agents
Does not own listed properties
Does not dictate pricing, timelines, or deliverables

You agree that all work, transactions, and interactions are at your own discretion and responsibility.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

4.2 Account Restrictions

Users may not:

Impersonate others
Create multiple accounts without permission
Use CREARE for illegal or harmful activities
Circumvent fees, verification steps, or platform protections

CREARE may suspend or terminate accounts that violate any of the above.

5. Payments & Fees

5.1 Clients

Payments for services must be made through CREARE’s approved methods.
You agree to pay all applicable service fees, taxes, and charges.

5.2 Creators

You authorize CREARE to collect payment from Clients on your behalf and disburse payouts according to the agreed schedule.

CREARE may deduct:

Platform fees
Transaction fees
Penalties or adjustments related to disputes

5.3 Property Users

Listing or transaction-related fees will be communicated transparently. Some listings or promotions may require premium payment.

5.4 No Circumvention

Users agree NOT to bypass CREARE’s payment system or conduct business offline to avoid fees.
Doing so leads to account termination and possible legal action.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

CREARE facilitates dispute resolution but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

6.1 Cancellations

Each service or project may have its own cancellation rules set by the Creator OR by CREARE policy.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

Agreed upon with both parties
A project was not delivered
There is clear evidence of violation

All refunds are handled at CREARE’s discretion.

6.3 Disputes

Users must attempt to resolve issues directly before escalating to CREARE.
CREARE may review communication, project files, and timelines to make a fair decision.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Harass, abuse, or mislead other users
Post illegal, violent, harmful, or explicit content
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts
Use the platform for fraud
Engage in discrimination or hate speech
Violate intellectual property rights

Violation leads to immediate suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content — branding, UI, design, logos, features — is owned by CREARE.
Users must not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of CREARE.

Creators retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed with Clients.

9. Platform Availability

CREARE strives for 24/7 uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or security improvements at any time.
