CREARE Creator Agreement
Effective Date: 25th of November, 2025
This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between CREARE, a digital marketplace connecting Clients, Creators, and Property Owners, and you ("Creator"). By accessing or using the CREARE platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Role of the Creator
Creators on CREARE include interior designers, architects, 3D artists, engineers, contractors, landscapers, and any professional or service provider offering creative or technical expertise.
By registering as a Creator, you confirm that:
You possess the qualifications, experience, or portfolio necessary to perform the services you offer.
You will deliver work with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
You are responsible for complying with local laws, certifications, and standards applicable to your services.
2. Account Responsibilities
Creators must:
Provide accurate, truthful information when creating their CREARE profile.
Keep login details confidential and secure.
Maintain updated information (portfolio, pricing, licensing, etc.).
Refrain from attempting to bypass CREARE through off‑platform deals.
CREARE may suspend or terminate your account if any fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activity is detected.
3. Service Delivery Standards
Creators agree to:
Deliver all work within agreed timelines.
Respond to client messages promptly.
Maintain respectful, professional communication at all times.
Provide revisions when required, subject to the revision terms agreed with the client.
Avoid using any templates, assets, or third‑party materials without proper licensing.
Failure to meet service quality standards may result in:
Warnings
Account restrictions
Removal from the platform
4. Payments & Fees
Creators will receive earnings after CREARE’s service fee is deducted.
Payment timelines may vary depending on the payment processor.
CREARE reserves the right to withhold funds in cases involving disputes, fraud investigations, or violations of this Agreement.
Creators must ensure their payout information is accurate.
CREARE is not responsible for international transfer fees, currency fluctuations, or delays caused by third‑party financial institutions.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a formal project agreement:
Creators retain ownership of their raw working files.
Final deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment is completed.
Creators may not repurpose or resell custom client work without written permission.
Clients may not use creator work until paid for.
CREARE respects all IP rights and may remove any content reported as infringing or fraudulent.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between clients and creators will follow CREARE’s structured resolution process:
Initial discussion between both parties.
Formal complaint filed through the platform.
CREARE review of evidence (messages, files, timelines, etc.).
Final determination by CREARE.
CREARE’s decision is final and binding for disputes handled on the platform.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Creators may NOT:
Deliver plagiarized, low-quality, or misleading work.
Harass, threaten, or abuse clients or platform staff.
Solicit or accept payments outside CREARE.
Upload harmful files, malware, or unsafe digital content.
Misrepresent their identity, qualifications, or capabilities.
Violations may result in permanent suspension.
8. Taxes & Legal Responsibilities
Creators are solely responsible for:
Reporting earnings
Paying taxes in their respective jurisdictions
Maintaining valid business licenses (if required)
CREARE does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
9. Platform Rights
CREARE reserves the right to:
Modify platform features
Adjust marketplace fees
Remove any creator violating brand, quality, or safety standards
Use anonymized creator performance data for analytics, marketing, or platform improvements
10. Termination
CREARE may suspend or terminate a creator’s account for:
Breach of this Agreement
Low ratings or poor performance
Fraudulent activity
Repeated disputes
Client safety concerns
Creators may close their accounts at any time, provided ongoing projects are completed.
11. Confidentiality
Creators must:
Protect client information and project data
Avoid sharing private details publicly
Only use project information for purposes directly related to delivery of services
Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.
12. Modifications to Agreement
CREARE may update or revise this Agreement occasionally. Updated versions will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the CREARE platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “I Agree”, using your CREARE account, or offering services through the platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted all terms in this Creator Agreement.
