Refund Policy
CREARE — Refund Policy
Effective Date: 25th of November, 2025
Last Updated: 25th of November, 2025
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled on CREARE for:
Client purchases & bookings
Creator/Provider services
Property-related payments or verifications
By using CREARE, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. General Refund Principles
CREARE is a marketplace, not the service provider.
Refunds are therefore handled according to:
The creator’s service terms
CREARE’s platform rules
Evidence submitted by both parties
Applicable regional laws
CREARE acts as a neutral facilitator to ensure fairness.
2. Refunds for Client–Creator Services
Refunds may be issued in these scenarios:
2.1 When a Client May Qualify for a Refund
A refund may be approved if:
(a) The creator fails to deliver the service
Examples:
Missed deadlines with no valid reason
No communication for an extended period
Deliverables not provided at all
(b) The service delivered is materially different from what was agreed
Examples:
Wrong type of work
Quality drastically below portfolio standard
Deliverables not matching the brief
(c) The creator violates CREARE policies
Examples:
Harassment
Fraud
Payment manipulation
Refusing revisions promised in the service listing
2.2 When a Refund Will Not Be Granted
A client will not receive a refund if:
They simply “change their mind.”
Work has already begun and the client approved the direction.
The creator has already delivered substantial progress.
Disputes are based on personal preference rather than agreed requirements.
The client fails to provide necessary materials or delays the project.
The client approves the final work and later disputes it.
3. The Refund Process (Step-by-Step)
Client opens a dispute through the platform.
Both parties submit evidence, including messages, files, or screenshots.
CREARE reviews the case.
A final decision is made within 3–10 business days.
If approved, the refund is returned using the original payment method.
CREARE’s decision is final to protect marketplace integrity.
4. Refunds for Property-Related Transactions
Since CREARE is not a property agent, refunds apply only to:
Listing fees
Subscription packages
Verification services
Promotional boosts
Refunds ARE granted if:
A duplicate payment occurs
A technical error charges you wrongly
A listing fails due to CREARE system issues
Refunds ARE NOT granted if:
The property does not sell or rent
The user changes their mind after a listing goes live
The user violated listing guidelines
The listing was removed due to false information
5. Refunds for Creators/Providers
Creators may request refunds for fees they paid to CREARE only when:
A billing error occurs
They were charged for a subscription they did not activate
A feature did not activate after payment
Creators may not request refunds for:
Completed subscription periods
Boosts or ads already displayed
Violations that resulted in account restrictions
6. Payment Holds & Release Time
To protect both clients and creators:
Payment is released to the creator only when:
The client marks the order as complete OR
The dispute window expires
CREARE may hold payments temporarily for:
Fraud protection
Security reviews
Disputes
7. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
Any user who initiates a false or malicious chargeback may face:
Account suspension
Removal from the platform
Legal review
Permanent withholding of funds
8. Time Limit for Refund Requests
Refunds must be requested within:
7 days after delivery for service disputes
48 hours after property listing issues
